Regarding Joan,
I recently relocated from eight years living in brooklyn, NY to Los Angeles, CA.
When I was living in New York I met Joan in 2017 and began personal training, focusing on strength, mobility, and better training shortly after running the NY marathon in 2016. I started endurance cycling in 2019 and Joan helped me become a better focused amateur athlete. Now I think about training in a much more contemporary and better way. I have become much stronger and toned because of all my work with Joan and continue to use the knowledge he has shared with me over the years. I can highly recommend him for training and teaching. Good thing is that we can do one on one virtually no matter where.
