Joan Mera-Reyes, is a New York-based Fitness Coach who is nationally certified through N.A.S.M. Joan works as an Equinox Tier-3 Personal Trainer, joining a very special Elite team of trainers, who receive countless hours of schooling to reach this height of their career. He began his journey 15 years ago with his breakdancing, and his gymnastics background.
Wanting to expand his knowledge he pursued a certification in mobility through Functional Anatomy Seminars, world renown Kettlebell certification through StrongFirst, Kettlebell Athletics, and is a Nutrition Certified coach through Precision Nutrition. Joan specializes in all types of training such as, gymnastics, dance movement, HIIT training, Obstacle Course Racing, Rehabilition, Injury prevention, and Nutrition.
With over 10 years of experience working with all types of clientele consisting of beginners, seniors, gymnasts, Ballet Dancers, and people who just want to build normal healthy habits. With all the information Joan is continuing to learn and pursue, he is using to better the lives of his clients.
