We live our lives with the best intentions and to the best of our abilities. When it comes to fitness and health it is obvious that Nutrition is one of the things we have the hardest time with. With all the incredibly tasty food everywhere, alcohol, and socializing fun it is really hard to stop temptations. What if I could tell you the secret to understanding this and getting the results you want? Well there is no one solution to any one individual's problem. We come from all walks of life and all corners of the earth. Believe it or not, our environment has a lot to do with what, how, and why we eat.
That is why I highly encourage Deep Health. What is Deep Health? Well deep health is the balance of physical, psychological, and mental well-being. This matters so much because they are interconnected and woven together like a piece of very expensive Louis Vuitton items (haha). You know if someone messes with your expensive gadgets or items you will flip out! Why are we not doing that with Deep Health? Ok let's break it down: If you look and feel horrible (according to your own preference) you will get depressed, have low energy, low motivation, become anti-social and more. Your mentality suffers and your psychological thinking is going to suffer as well from negative thoughts, that are not true! When you have all of the above you don't even want to go outside, what are the chances you are going to go to the gym and work out? None, unfortunately.
Planning, preparing, and prioritizing is one of the most key essential Nutrition basics you can do most of your life and get great results (there are 9 total essential habits). If you plan to go to the supermarket and have a plan on what to buy, chances are you are going to make better decisions right off the bat. If you prepare your plan, it will go off without any hesitation. Finally if you prioritize your preparation and your plan, you will get it done. It does not matter if you have the biggest or start with the smallest plan. Any plan towards a good lifestyle will always start you on a better path. Everything in life has a snowball effect, you can start off with the smallest snowball and eventually within minutes you roll it down a hill and it can be this massive snowball. It is the same thing with Lifestyle choices and changes, consistency with that essential habit will knock small things down that will eventually knock down bigger barriers!
